Pros
  • Powerful processor, separate DSP, good performance
  • Good, large screen
  • Nice design
  • Vast capabilities
  • Cheap (~245$)

Cons
  • Software ambiguities
  • No external antenna connector
  • Stylus becomes inaccessible when mounted on the windshield holder
  • Wayward FM transmitter

GoClever Navigator 4384FM not a bad product at all, its quite capable in different fields, has large screen and small price. Unfortunately it also has two major problems. The first being unable to use external antenna, although GPS satellites are plentiful and in the worst case scenario it will take about 2-3 minutes to connect to enough of them from your car. Alas the second of its flaws is the bigger one - the software. Our device came with awful one, but if now in the stores GoClever GPS are being sold with iGo version 7 (or newer), then by all mean our rating will rise to 9 marks instead of the 7,5 it gets now. Then again if that's not true, we'd vote against buying the product at all. The market is full with devices equal in performance and abilities with much better software for mere 35$ more. Though, should you mind not illegal solution (as in pirating the software), as we saw the device handles iGo just fine.

Many thanks to our friends from Solytron , that made this review possible.
