Packaging and looks

The Goliathus box has interesting eye-catching design, being neither big nor small its surface supplies all the information you need about the pad inside it. It even has a small opening allowing you to touch Goliathus. "Feel the difference!" indeed.

First impressions

At first sight Goliathus looks very nice. Its size startled me a bit at first, but that's because I've never used that big one before. Second look reveals that the engraved on the surface Razer logo and product name look a tad pale compared to the box pictures where they appear quite bright, still that's not much of a problem. The pad surface made from Teflon and has itsy-bitsy holes that guarantee the extraordinary control. The medium sized pad provides ample surface and its rubber bottom guaranties Goliathus good traction to any surface.

Tests

After we extracted the pad from the box we gently placed it on the table and began using (abusing actually) it to the determine that all important question - Is it worth it? We tested Goliathus with plain and gaming mouse, and results were similar, still - better with the gaming mouse though. The pad performed excellently, not for a moment it moved anywhere from the place we put it at, and our control over the mouse was totally precise. Each shot is true, unit control is much better!
