And now for the CeBit oddities. The first was the Jager+Beer Mushkin party:

Apparently someone was concerned about their merchandise being stolen, hence all the empty memory packs. Nice:

Some walking chicken and a cool logo:

The innovative technologies hall showed many new concepts even though some were with rather unclear purpose:

There were some expensive rides at few stands too. The white Lamborghini at the Asus stand was advertising their new high class series of notebooks (VX5), the design of which is done by both companies:

We know not what the autobahn is suppose to be there for, but it was apparently amusing not only for us, since one of the cars had managed to get pretty beaten-up:

And here is one RC Ferrari, demonstrating recording devices for automobile surveillance:

And here is one interesting demo of software for car plate recognition and train car tracking:

Some cables. Just for fun:

That's probably an antique phone central with few channels. Then again, it might not be:

These are "portable" NVidia stands advertising their new 3D glasses:

Interesting multimedia speakers shaped like a pig (and having pretty decent sound too):

Of course we visited the big players too. The IBM stand was with the aid of holograms telling us about Cloud Computing:

Here are some interesting shots from the streets of Hanover. Some odd cars under a bridge, Some frowning statues and one of the smallest bicycle parking we saw (they are everywhere!):

The central building of Deutsche Messe, in the fair city (yes, the fair grounds are about the size of small city) and a duck pond between the halls:

That's how many of the expo visitors look like at the end of the day - tired and exhausted carrying bags full of advertising materials. And that's what they might be doing home ;) Enjoying the Jager liquor.
