For the NOX Coolbay HX we could say so many good things... sadly we could say some not so good too.

The inside of the case is painted black, making it even more cool, because when looking through side panel window you don't get to "enjoy" the shinny metal finish contrasting with the black panels of you case ( a common case with cheap black cases). The PSU is moved to the bottom of the case, tendency becoming more widespread in enthusiast and gamer cases, one allowing for more cooling options and easier cable management. The PSU in NOX Coolbay HX can be mounted facing the way you like it - up or down. The case has openings on the bottom for that exact purpose - mounting it facing down it will cool off with air from below the case and in order to provide quiet operation - 4 anti-vibration feet for it are provided.

The 3.5" device dock (hard drives mostly) can be removed and positioned up or down anywhere occupying space for three 5.25" devices. In it you can fit up to 4 drives which are provided with 120mm fan supplying ample cooling airflow from the case front panel. The dock is layered with anti-vibration material, which additionally dampens any noise the drives might generate. In all honesty we do seem to prefer the perpendicular to the case dock in non-removable configuration - now, should the dock is mounted in the most low position (that being the most common) and you have long high-power PSU (1kw or more), you'll be unable to extract any drives without removing either the PSU or the dock. Then again that's just one more reason to move the dock up, where it will be closer to the SATA motherboard connectors.

If you need to put in a 5.25" device you'll have to remove the front panel. That's easy, with a slight pull from below where a special opening for your fingers is provided. Overall, though mounting of any device (3.5", 5.25" and extension PCI/PCI-E cards) is not toolless it is indeed as easy as possible.
