Review of MSI N295GTX - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 1792MB @ ModReactor
Between 2006 and 2008 NVIDIA had two years of ruling the video card market and always have been one step ahead of AMD. The promises from AMD were big, but at the end there was nothing powerful enough to remove NVIDIA from the leading place. After AMD took the leading place in the middle class with perfect balance between performance and pricing, now they have the leading place with their Radeon HD 4870 X2. Now its time for NVIDIA to try and win back its leading position with its new card. The two dual core processors, manufactured under 55nm process working in SLI, 1792MB of memory and 480 shader processors will be NVIDIA's top chalenger for first place at the high end class. We at ModReactor are going to have a look at this beast and see what it has to offer.
