AMD RV790 is set to be launched on April 6th, but now Radeon HD 4890 based on RV790 has been leaked to the web. The card is marked as ATI Radeon HD 4890, so it seems true that RV790 will be finally named as Radeon HD 4890. Similar to Radeon HD 4870 in appearance, we can see Radeon HD 4890 features a dual-slot cooler, dual 6pin power connectors, dual DVI and one S-Video connectors.Instead of 55nm manufacturing process, Radeon HD 4890 still adopts 40nm processing. Judging from the “heat warning” tag, we can conclude the heat of this card won’t be low. Sapphire and Powercolor Radeon HD 4890 are available now at EUR260 (about $340) at several e-tailers.
